I had a blast with these guys! Definitely got my exercise running after the little guy…what a heart-breaker he’s going to be (& already is!) I think the photogenic gene runs in the family… see here, here, and here!
Big thanks to this family for letting me tag along to their day at the park!
I’ve known Katie for about 12 years now….wow, can’t believe it’s been that long! We grew up with a close group of friends in Kennewick, WA until I moved to Vancouver in 1990. We reconnected in collage and were even roommates with another one one my past brides, Liz. We had a great college experience together with many fond memories that I’ll always cherish (Go Cougs!)
I was so honored that she and Zach chose me to photograph their wedding in December. I had an awesome time seeing all my old friends and being such an important part of their big day. Katie was an absolutely stunning bride and they had a lot of awesome details like her grandmother’s fur coat, a spacious cigar tent, and a full bar of Zach’s family’s delicious (and potent!) beer on tap. Like my husband Patrick and I, Katie and Zach went to rival colleges – WSU and UW. I loved seeing people giving them “house divided” presents…reminded me of my own wedding! Needless to say, Patrick and I had a blast!
Thank you Katie and Zach for inviting us to capture your wedding memories. What a great day! Love you guys!!
Boudoir sessions with Take 5 Photography are held at a beautiful Portland hotel twice a year. Sessions also available at my studio or any hotel if you’d like to reserve it for the day. My two fabulous makeup artists Nadia and Amanda will be on-site and I have champagne and munchies too! Contact Take 5 Photography for more information and a full pricing guide.
First session of 2010 was a huge success! 11 gorgeous women in 24 hrs. Whew! Here they are! (Super long…get comfy!)
